dream house pics from Pinterest

As you know we are in the hunt for a new home. Which is terrifying and fun at the same time. thought I would do another Friday five and share five pins I have.

My first choice for a house would be this one 🙂 If you don’t know which house this is don’t tell me. I will stare at you like your crazy (ask my husband he knows the look lol)

The Next one on my list this the one below . I love everything about it except how long it would take to clean it. Also a house like this in my area is like 2.5 to 3 million

Friday Five What makes me happy.

image

  1. Cheering people on. It is one of the best things you can do for someone and it is something that I have (almost)  always done. I truly believe in the wonderfulness of individuals. I love to hear about people’s hopes and dreams and encourage them to follow those dreams.
  2. giving strangers compliments. it makes their days, it makes mine. Lets take your average late 20s gal (I am making a generalization don’t attack me please) who is the type of gal that spends some time and money on her appearance  Telling her I love your outfit can be a huge boost for her. Yes this might seem trite to some but if it is important to her then that is what counts. Also giving complements to strangers is funny because most of the time they are stunned. Often we try to pretend we are all in our own little bubbles (don’t make eye contact, don’t engage) and when we do it is often with rude behavior.
  3. even just smiling at strangers they smile back and everyone is happy.
  4. making connections forming links. Not just for me but for others. I like to introduce people to each other who “should know” each other. Oh you like books and have a dog you should know my other friend who likes books and has a dog. OH you live in this neighborhood and you need a hair dresser? You should know so and so she is great! silly examples by you get the point.
  5. This connection forming is actually one of my great life skills and one of the things that makes me very happy. Which of course translates to the blog world because I get oh so happy when I check my stats and see how many people have checked out the blogs I have linked to. Its like forging new friendships. You can help me with this too by checking out the previous post.
