Breakfast Smoothie

This is a smoothie how to and since it is pretty much the same as mine I thought I would share it. Plus I just love how happy and upbeat Kandee is. So Good morning and I hope you have a wonderful day.

Of course while your blending this all up use your witchy self to put good intention in. Think of you healthy and strong and feeling great.

  1. I love this video. This type of smoothie has become my morning reality. I love that her energy is so upbeat; smoothies really help in that area (as opposed to the 3 cups of coffee and general grouchiness my mornings used to be).

    • mine too…though I still love my coffee and tea 🙂 Best part is that Little drinks them and wants them and loves to help make them. Greens at dinner is hit or miss but in a smoothie, she is all about that!

  2. Breakfast smoothies are exactly the reason that I can’t wait to get a blender after I move in a few months! 🙂 The difference they make, especially for someone with chronic stomach issues, is kind of amazing.

    • Yeah I started them during an elimination diet and they made such a huge difference in my life. I know everyone loves their $400 vitamix but I have an old 1970 Oster blender that works like a dream.

      • Since I’ll be buying something new, I’ll probably look at some of the less expensive individual cup blender systems, because they’re really handy and versatile. In the meantime, because we’re trying to accumulate little and pare down what we already have, breakfast at least has a lot of the stuff that would go into a smoothie. 🙂 I’ve recently cut down my coffee intake quite a bit, but I still need it some mornings, too.

      • oh those kind are cool, my bestie just got one like that and one for her mom too. It came with several cups so she can pre-load them for her mom and then all mom does is pick one out of the fridge to make each morning.
