Radio Silence

I needed silence and I needed the protection offered by not being connected to the rest of the world. I had to not turn on the computer. I wouldn’t let the news play in our house. I am over-imaginative, extra sensitive or physic or what ever you want to call it and one of the “gifts” I have is that I can see things. Sometimes they are things I don’t want to see and pain me. I will not share any of it because it is not fair to dump it on others. all that said I needed to unplug and so I did.

I wanted to share with you what I wrote to my coven.

Hello my loves. A Big hug to each and everyone of you. I know you are like me and probably reeling for the pain and the news while trying to figure out what can we as individuals do about it. I don’t have the answers but I do what to share with you something.
A lot of the magical community have been expressing in the last year that this Winter Solstice will be a turning point. There is a theory that human society or development or however you want to look at it swings on a pendulum back and forth, from dark to light. much like how the dark/ middle age gave way to the Renascence period. A good deal of the folks that I read think we are on that swing back in to the GOOD, Back from the Dark. The time between Samhian (a time to deal with death) and the Solstice (the re birth of Light) are always dark days and sadly this year even more so. But the thought is that this Solstice will not only be the cycle of the year rebirth but the cycle of Light rebirth. I don’t know if this is true I just want to share and to encourage you to spend some time on the solstice meditating on what you can do to bring back the light. If you can be up before the Sun, Get up light candles, and think good thoughts. Bring the Light back
I love you all!

  1. Solstice blessings of the light!

  2. “Bring the Light back” – as I mentioned in my blog yesterday, the light is within all of us! People like us just need to keep leading by example and spreading our light.

    • exactly! act in love choose the path that helps. there is pain and there is evil and you can choose to feed it with time and attention or you can acknowledged its existence and choose to not give it attention. Instead focus on the positive and bring back the light 😉 I know I know fluffy bunny but wallowing in evil is not fighting it.
