new look of the blog

well not a new look but a few new things I want to point out. Especially if don’t actually go to the blog just read it in your email or in a reader. I have added some new tabs at the top based on how I have my own Book of Shadows. You can now see the Book of Days, Book of Magic, Book of hearth and Home and Book of flora and fauna. All of these pages are being added to pretty much daily. I also have my Homemakers Binder as page where you can find everything that is in my binder.

A brief description of each maybe nice thought. For starters what you are going to find are a lot of links. Links to printables that I use and links to other blogs with pertinent information. Links to everything and anything that I like and would keep in my book I am sharing with you. And if you are a blog that thinks I need to add a post of yours somewhere by all means let me know.

The Book of Days one is the most filled in at the moment. I have it divided into chapters just like my Book of Days. A chapter for each month and one for other rites i.e. birthdays. Each month chapter will be set up with the moon and lore and activities for that month. I will be combining both the pagan activities as well as the mundane activities. I will include my monthly lists up there as well as menus for special meals/ days. Sabats will be there too.

Book of Hearth and Home is where all my recipes will be found as well as some house keeping tips.

Book of Flora and Fauna is where you will find Herbal information, incense and oils.

Book of Magic seems self explanatory but it will be a spell book.

Again all these books will be a mix of my work and sharing links to others work that I like. Hope you like this new layout and as I say, these pages are still under construction and will remain so, as I am always finding new things I like.

  1. Wonderful resource you’ve created. I love the idea and I really do need to get myself organized. I picked up a couple of folders from the supermarket and going to try and make a start this weekend.
    Thank you

i finally found the journal that will become my own book of shadows! it is not fancy at all but it DID speak to me. i had saw others that were pretty / fancy but they just didn’t talk to me. i have put it away to sort of keep it isolated till i am ready to start it.don’t know why but it feels like that is how i should treat it. so that is why i greatly appreciate all the advice i find on here. thank you for putting these new areas in your blog 🙂

    • Thank you! I am glad you like it the new layout. I really appreciate the feed back too. You know I am still surprised that people read my blog well people that are not related to me. So half the time I write just for me but getting your comments are such motivation for me! so Thank you so very much for that.
