Here is a picture of bacon and “hard boiled” eggs. I made these a few days ago but had not been able to test the eggs yet and so didn’t want to share it until I was sure. Turns out they came out perfectly!
Here are the directions: layout the bacon on a cookie sheet with a lip and place raw eggs in a muffin tin. Heat oven to 400 degrees. place cookie sheet and muffin tin in oven for 20 min. Take out and perfection. I recommend letting the eggs cool slightly before putting them in the ice bath or use a mitt cuz those suckers were hot!
Lucky for me, even in summer we have foggy cool mornings so I’m not dying when I put the oven on in the morning.
