Its Friday (yippy!) a day of love and for love. I thought I would share a little love with you. I love being organized but alas I not always am. So today I love that I got two little projects done this week to help with my organization and our rhythm. Little victories are still victories!
The first (I can’t even really call it a project) accomplishment is this simple list I added to our cork board.
As I am reading Simplicity in Parenting I got interested in Waldorf schools and Education. The author worked with the schools and so he talked about them a lot. It got me thinking about Waldorf schools. I can tell you I know absolutely nothing about them so it was all news to me. Anyway as I was tooling around looking at different photos and, I found a lovely photo in a Waldorf homeschooling flicker album. The photo was of a nice wood frame and this weekly rhythm. I copied it and colored it and added it to our board. A small victory but I feel loads better.
Here you can see it on our cork board, or as I like to think of it, command central. The other very small project I accomplished this week is right above my flylday calendar. This is the paper that has my morning/ afternoon/ after dinner routines on. I had it in a page protector hanging up there but it was just not that nice to look at. So when I was at the dollar store (see yesterdays post) I grabbed a frame in the award size.I must say the dry erase pen is much happier with glass then it is with plastic. easy peasy but it makes me happy.
