lets talk energy

Energy Work

We all do energy work weather we know it or not. You try to life a loved ones sprit when they had a bad day. This is pouring your energy into them

Many of us also pray and in a religions world wide people will pray and light some incense to carry their message or light a candle. This is magic or energy work. I like to call magic active prayer. To understand magic you need to understand energy.

So let me share my thoughts on energy with you. Energy is what makes our world run. It is every where and in everything, and  I mean everything; that exists in this  universe has an energy. It will also emit an energy field. Some of the energy field will be inherent in the item itself on a molecular level say a rock. While another part of the energy field will be energetic foot prints or finger prints left by others.  Lets look at the cranberry. The cranberry has a cooling energy, and it has a cooling affect  on the body. Couple that with the intent that a person will put on it say holding it in you hands and asking the God and Goddess to help you through this cranberry heal your uti. So you see the Cranberry now has many levels of energy in it

Some other examples of this of energy in this way are: When you ask someone the secret ingredient in their special recipe and they say love, they are correct. When you pour your love and energy into something it can, and will be felt by others. Another example is walking into a room right after there has been a fight. The air is still crackling with angry energy. Or people say the tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife. That’s energy for you. You leave your energy on everything you come in contact with as do others.

Another facet of energy; is that energy does not die, it just transforms. If we take the fight above and use it as an example, unless you do something with that energy it is just going to hangout and make people moody. You need to do something to transform it and move it along. This transformation is the basis of magic.

So how does one transform energy. The simple answer of course is that first and foremost you ask the God and Goddess to assist you with it. Of course I also talked about how I see the God and Goddess as the Divine spark in all of us and everything. Their energy exists to and of themselves as well as with in others. Through them all things are possible and all transformations are achievable.

If we continue you on our idea about the argument then once you have asked the God and Goddess for you help you need to contemplate YOUR role in the disagreement. You can ask them to change that negative energy into positive. You may find that you owe someone an apology which you best go give. Perhaps you find you are beyond stressed and you need to do something for you. Anyway it appears to you, will be where you should focus and put your energy.

A spell to get rid of negative energy hanging on to you or a bad mood.

Sometimes you can just feel grimy icky energy hanging all over you.  A simple and effective spell is to take a shower or bath and visualize the water taking the grime off of you. (in a pinch such as at the office a through hand washing will work as well. As the water goes down the drain you can say

Down the drain goes my sorrow

Down the drain with this water.

Bright Blessings
